Can you commit to the 100-day challenge?

Repeat after me, slowly: 5, 4, 3, 2, 1 and do it! Every day! For 100 days in a row, no excuses, and no free passes!

Do what? Whatever you’ve been putting off for a long time, that one thing you are constantly finding excuses not to do:

“Now it’s not the right time, I need to do other things first!” or

“I don’t have the time!” or

“Why even try? I know I’ll fail!” or whatever else you’ve been saying to yourself repeatedly.

But what if you don’t fail? What if you start showing up for yourself? What if you do succeed? Wouldn’t that be amazing?

It doesn’t have to be the whole thing to begin with, but make sure you are starting to work in it.

Maybe you’ve been thinking to start a business, make sure you put aside 30 minutes a day to write the business plan, to research potential partners and competitors, to ask for quotes, etc.

Maybe it is to tackle your home and organize it, declutter/sort/donate or to go back to school or to start eating cleaner - whatever it is, you can start today.

Download my free visual for setting up your goal and tracking the progress and start showing up for yourself today. For 100 days! You don’t have to think beyond, just show up for you for the next 100 days. One day at a time.

For me, it is to incorporate movement in my life. I work at my desk pretty much all day and like all of us (well, except the ones in denial), I am not getting any younger and I am noticing that my body is asking for movement, for stretching, for muscles to be sore, to truly wake up my body and make it feel alive. I have been denying myself this for a long time having used all the excuses you can think of:

“It’s a busy time at work, I don’t have time for this!”

“My son is going through a sleep regression, I am too tired to start working out!”

“I should focus on my diet first as I need to lose weight and we all know that the diet is the most important thing to slimming down”

“It’s too cold now, I’ll start when the weather warms up” and on, and on, and on.

I believe strongly in the ripple effect, you start something good for you and you consistently show up for yourself and it will develop and bring with it other changes that will improve your life, will promote you to the next version of you.

So here it goes, a minimum of 30 minutes of exercises a day. Starting today. 5, 4, 3, 2, 1 and go! 😊

I am taking notes in real time to share my experience and hopefully further inspire others to tackle their dormant goal.

Much love,

Anna
